I suppose because for a time the claim that I can do easily what your 100k+ dev cannot help sold a bunch of apps and then everyone started riding that bandwagon.. The issue is that most IT businesses eventually figured out throwing all the AI tools in front of devs is way better if an idea to harvest benefits of AI, and maybe that has probably further hurt the ability to sell purely vibe coded apps, maybe 🤷♂️

Some people who vibe code act like they know more than engineers, there is also an overall low understanding of safe and general engineering architecture. You also have engineers who have been out of work due to layoffs and feel salty There’s also a rush of people putting out the same memo, CRM, workout tracker app and they’re hoping to strike it rich and become a billionaire despite it’s a garage app riddled with 404 errors. For what it’s worth what you built is cool
