Only published dates appear here. Nothing inferred from a pattern, nothing expected-but-unannounced, nothing from rumour — if a provider has not said it, it is not on this page. These are records of what was announced, not predictions. Providers move their own dates and are entitled to; when that happens the change is itself a record and gets filed.
