The 8-K says about 76 stores closed September 29 and that Nasdaq plans to suspend trading in the stock October 6. The company's release expects a group of existing lenders to own a majority after it emerges and says gift cards and loyalty benefits will be honored. The 8-K says court approval of the financing had not been obtained.
