USCIS finalizes new EB-5 investor-visa fees, including a $44,115 regional center application charge, for any filing postmarked on or after November 30
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services published a final rule September 30 raising most fees in the EB-5 investor-visa program, which the agency says it is setting to recover the program's full cost under the EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022. A regional center's application fee (Form I-956) rises to $44,115 from $17,795, and the annual EB-5 Integrity Fund fee regional centers pay rises to $22,000, or $11,000 for centers with 20 or fewer investors. The new fees apply to any filing postmarked on or after the rule's November 30 effective date.
