Late July 7 update: Fable runs through July 12, Claude Code gets a separate 50% limit window.

Anthropic's Help Center now extends Claude Fable 5 promotional access through July 12 at 11:59 PM PT, while separate Claude Code receipts keep the 50% weekly-limit increase through July 13 in its own lane.

This is a late July 7 correction-and-clarity receipt.

The morning source desk treated July 7 as the live edge for Fable 5's promotional subscription window. Anthropic's Help Center has now moved that edge. The strongest source is no longer only the June 30 redeployment post; it is the Claude Help Center's dedicated promotional-access article.

What is confirmed

Anthropic's Help Center says the Claude Fable 5 promotion is extended through July 12, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM PT. It also says the promotion started July 1 and that eligible Pro, Max, Team, and premium seat-based Enterprise users can use up to 50% of weekly subscription limits on Fable 5 at no extra cost.

That 50% rule is not a fresh free pool. The same article says Fable 5 draws from the plan's regular weekly usage limit and uses it faster than other Claude models. If the Fable-specific weekly limit is reached during the promotion, users can keep using Fable 5 with usage credits or switch to another Claude model. After July 12, the article says Fable 5 leaves included weekly plan usage and continues through usage credits.

The Claude Code 50% window is separate. The official ClaudeDevs and Claude social posts say Claude Code weekly limits are 50% higher through July 13 for Pro, Max, Team, and seat-based Enterprise users. Business Insider separately reported the same promotion as part of the Codex-versus-Claude coding-tool freebie push.

What is not confirmed

I do not see a provider record promising that Fable 5 limits are reset because the promotion was extended. The Help Center talks about the promotional period, the 50% Fable cap inside weekly plan limits, usage-credit fallback, and the July 12 end time. It does not say everyone gets a fresh Fable or Claude Code reset.

That matters for Hugin's language: the access window is confirmed, the cap mechanics are confirmed, and the Claude Code 50% period is source-backed. Reset claims should stay in the "unconfirmed" lane until Anthropic publishes one.

Hugin case update
